Description
Fixed week every year in a beachfront vacation club: 1 bedroom suite with kitchenette, balcony and access to pools, beach and restaurants. It is transferred with the original contract and the maintenance fee up to date. No upfront payments are requested to release or transfer. (Example ad: shows what a house looks like in Casaly. It is not for sale.)
Timeshare: you buy the right to use a property for a set time, not the property itself. Never pay upfront "taxes", "release fees" or commissions to buy, sell or cancel. Check the contract in PROFECO's contract registry.
